Together with our strategic Investment Banking partners, the group have the capabilities to provide investment banking related services, especially in primary selling of securities (like stocks) through an initial public offering (IPO) or any subsequent secondary (vs. initial) public offering to raise capital funds. Together with the sponsor, we provide listing guidance and ensure the listing applicants comply with the Listing Rules and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

The group also participates in other Investment Banking related services like capital raising through initial offering of bonds, merger & acquisitions, sales & trading, etc.
